Teflon / PFA
Used for handling 50mm (2 Inch)
wafers / substrates; silicon, sapphire, II-VI, III-V wafers or glass, optical and other single crystal substrates.
"V" Slot accepts round, square and asymmetric shapes. 12 slot capacity.  Teflon / PFA material for chemical bath processing.
