    Description

    This is a germanium/tellurium sputtering target, Ge/Te 1:1 atomic, 99.99+% pure.
    The dimensions are 2inch diameter and 5mm (0.2inch) thick. It is bonded to a copper backing plate target, 1/8 inch thick.
    It was made by ACI ALLOYS. It has the defects as seen in the photos.
