    Original British Front-Of-House Lithographic Still (8x10) for the Dave Fleisher animation classic, GULLIVER'S TRAVELS (1939) starring Jessica Dragonette and Lanny Ross. This charming and captivating film is one of the great animation features of its time, crafted from the studio of Max and Dave Fleischer, made when each animation cell was hand-painted by artists. Based on the famous Jonathan Swift satiric novel, this family favorite was nominated for Best Original Score and Best Original Song. Fleischer tried to compete with Disney in this arena of animated features, but is more well known for the Popeye cartoons. This original British front-of-house card is in fine plus condition with no folds, very minor soiling. One corner is slightly dog-eared. We believe that this card was hand-tinted, Clearly dated 1939 and marked PRINTED IN GREAT BRITAIN.
